Belgium wins the Nantes World Cup

By defeating Germany on 8th January final, the Belgium National male team has won the fifth ITSF World Cup, which had begun in Nantes four days earlier. It has not been very difficult for the Belgians, lead by Frédéric Collignon, reaffirming his world superiority by also gaining the first place in the Single Male and as well as in the double with his fellow countryman Van de Cauter.The third place went to the United States. Germany makes it up by winning other first places: with the National female team, who beated the French, and with the seniors.Italy gains in the Disabled Singles, where Francesco Bonanno and Fabio Cassanelli respectively get the first and the second place, and at the Disabled Doubles where prevail over their opponents.
